The Sisterhood Shuffle: A Creative Happy Mail Experience for Paper Lovers, Journalers & Creative Souls

There’s something magical about opening your mailbox and finding a little piece of art waiting inside.

A decorated envelope. A handmade tag. A tiny collage someone created just for you. A note from another creative soul somewhere across the country who took the time to make something meaningful.

That feeling is exactly why I created the Sisterhood Shuffle.

As someone who has participated in many journal swaps and “traveling journal” style exchanges over the years, I absolutely adore the creativity and connection they create. But I also know they can sometimes feel overwhelming, expensive shipping costs, the fear of losing journals in the mail, pressure to create something “perfect,” or the anxiety of sending out something deeply personal and never seeing it again.

So I started wondering…

What if we could keep all the joy, creativity, inspiration, and connection… while making it simpler, lighter, more affordable, and less stressful?

And that’s how the Sisterhood Shuffle was born.

What Is the Sisterhood Shuffle?

The Sisterhood Shuffle is a creative happy mail exchange community designed for junk journalers, mixed media artists, scrapbookers, snail mail lovers, and creative women who simply want to connect through art.

Instead of mailing large journals around the country, each participant joins a small themed group (max 20 people) and exchange creative envelopes filled with artistic goodies, mini projects, interactive prompts, and handmade pieces.
